About me

I am a Love Coach who helps ambitious singles find long-lasting and meaningful relationships. With a PhD in physiology and a background as a science communicator at Stockholm University, I combine scientifically grounded methods with emotional insight to guide you towards true love.

My journey into love coaching began after experiencing a heartbreaking breakup the day before my planned wedding. Driven by a desire to understand what makes love sustainable, I turned to science for answers. This research and my own insights led to the creation of the Love Method – a scientifically-based process that helps singles identify and attract emotionally stable and compatible partners. Today, I am happily engaged to my dream partner and a proud mother. I am passionate about helping others achieve the same happiness.
